Nancy – Office Manager
It’s a joy to come to work each morning and know I’ll spend my day around the most amazing people: our patients. Here, we’re all about meeting each person’s specific needs, and ensuring people receive the personal dental care they deserve and have a great visit every time they see us. As our office manager, I handle a variety of duties, so our team can stay focused on caring for our patients. I also oversee scheduling, help patients navigate their dental insurance benefits, and walk them through treatment planning, as well.
I’ve lived in Fort Collins most of my life. I have two beautiful daughters and two handsome grandsons. Since I’m one of six children, I have a lot of family members in Colorado and we love being together.
Kristi – Registered Dental Hygienist
My patients, by far and away, are the best part of my work. I love to get to know each person so I can give them the individual care they deserve, and so I can develop a better understanding of their dental needs and overall health. As I learn about their lifestyle and hobbies, I talk with them about home dental hygiene processes that will work with their needs. In addition to cleaning teeth and providing periodontal therapy, I spend a lot of my day educating patients and motivating them to take great care of their mouth, so they’ll have years of great smiles.
I’ve spent my life in Colorado. I love being with my husband John, and two children, Jenna and Jason. We have three horses, a dog, two cats, and chickens. As a family, we enjoy being outdoors, riding horses, camping, boating, and snowmobiling together.
Melanie – Registered Dental Hygienist
I enjoy educating each of my patients and talking through treatment with them. It’s fun to see when a patient moves from not understanding the importance of dental health and oral hygiene to “getting it.” I help my patients learn the best ways to keep their teeth and gums in great shape, from home oral hygiene processes and products, to nutrition and developing good habits. Each person has specific needs, so I work with them to find the solutions that work for them. I also clean teeth and perform other dental hygiene processes during my work day.
I’m a Colorado native, so I’m at home in the mountains: hiking, skiing, picnicking, you name it! My husband Alex and I welcomed our first child, a little girl, in the summer of 2014 and we added a baby boy to our family in 2017. Luckily our high-energy dog prepared us for parenthood!
Pam – Dental Assistant and Front Office Assistant
I smile coming to work every morning, because I know I’ll be spending my time helping people and assisting the rest of the team deliver incredible care to our patients. At the end of the day, I’m still smiling, because I know I’ve made a positive difference. Because I work in both the front and back office, I keep busy. In the back, I provide chairside assistance to Dr. Cox during dental procedures, and support to the patient at the same time. In the front office, I schedule appointments and help with recall duties.
I’ve lived in Fort Collins for more than 25 years. I have two beautiful sons, Eric and Ben, who are both swimmers. We also have a very happy yellow lab, named Frog. We’re a close-knit family and as my husband Rob says, “The family that plays together, stays together!” We love being outside, especially camping and windsurfing.
Kris – Dental Assistant
I have always loved working as a dental assistant. I find dental procedures fascinating and I really enjoy working with a qualtity dentist like Dr. Cox. As a dental assistant, making patients feel comfortable in the dental chair is one of the most important services we provide to our patients. Not only is Dr. Cox a great dentist, but our entire team is so professional yet so much fun! I look forward to coming to work every day.
I grew up in Upstate NY and moved to Germany in 1990 with my husband, Uli. We moved ot Colorado in 2007 with our two awesome daughters, Francesca and Alessandra, and we plan on living here forever! In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, cooking, and hanging out with my family and our dog, Mocha.
